"Zack Kinney Electric installed a transfer switch kit (9/18/2021) that I selected from Amazon, connected it to my existing panel box, and added a remote connector box in the garage to plug the generator into. I found that he was very flexible to do this project using the parts I specified and install exactly the way I wanted. The transfer switch from Amazon had a bad switch from the factory so Zack had to make multiple trips to get it all installed. This was no problem for Zack as he wanted to ensure I was happy with the install. The install is very clean and professional and of course everything works as it should. I hired Zack to check my kitchen stove (7/25/2022) since it kept tripping a circuit breaker in the house panel box. He checked the stove outlet and wiring but the stove circuit breaker needed to be replaced. Initially we got the wrong breaker that didn't match my exact panel box configuration but again Zack was patient with me and kept at it until we had the correct breaker installed. The stove has worked perfectly ever since! I refer my friends and family to Zack if they need help with an electrical project and Iâ m sure Iâ ll hire him again myself. Zack if you're reading this thanks again for all your help!!!!"

"I’m using my Pampered Chef Air Fryer/Oven! This probably doesn’t sound like news to you but it is! I have had this appliance for months but have been unable to fully use it. It kept tripping the circuit breaker. I had a very difficult time trying to get an electrician. Some didn’t call back. Some didn’t show up. And then I went to Angies list and found Isaiah Smith from I.S Electric. He called right away and showed up the next day-early! He listened to what I wanted ( a dedicated line for my air fryer), then he looked over the space, my basement and the circuit box. He immediately quoted me a price then said he could get started now. I was like what??? I have been waiting for so long that I thought I must have heard him wrong. Nope. He dug right in and within a few hours my dedicated line was ready for use. He was very reasonably priced. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and amazing. I will definitely call him with any electrical issues I have!"

He keeps in touch with you through out the entire process via text. He takes the time to send a text when he’s on his way every day that your your on his schedule . "Everything went wonderfully! We were redoing the lighting in our entire home. Mike came in for an estimate and took about 30 minutes going through the house with us and considering options. He gave us suggestions for the types of fixtures, number of recessed lights and even places to look at/purchase new fixtures. We had several people come in to give us estimates and Mike was the most thoughtful and helpful by far. Once we had chosen all the new fixtures Mike's crew came in and worked in the house for three full days. The crew themselves were pleasant, considerate and thoughtful with everything even explaining what they were doing to my two toddlers who had many many questions. When all was said and done they had installed 18 recessed lights, three ceiling fans, replaced 5 fixtures and rewired several outlets. The work was all done efficiently and beautifully!
