"We have hired Andrei five times over the past two years to make improvements to our rental condo in Provincetown. Every job was done punctually and completely to our satisfaction. The cracks in several walls caused by the 1870 building settling, those in the ceiling of our shower caused by a roof leak, and holes in drywall caused by renters pulling out several towel bars were repaired and repainted flawlessly to the point that you cannot tell where the cracks or holes were. Andrei is always polite, honest and helpful. He responds to inquiries immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends or to hire him again."

"Installed 22 new windows, 2 entry doors, and new sliding glass door. Outstanding service, price, and installation. Highly recommend."

"The crew that was sent over to do the job were very professional. I went out to watch them work a couple of times and that's just what they did. No one was on their phones and there was no fooling around. They had a job to do and that was exactly what they were doing. I would recommend Long Roofing to anyone who needs to have a roof replaced. "We recently retained Konstantin of Kreative Barns for a variety of kitchen, electrical, plumbing, and cosmetic projects timed for a period of time when we were out of the country. In advance, he advised us on quite a number of items comprising these projects and, as always, his experience, foresight and customer advocacy ensured that each project turned our far superior to what was expected. All of the planning, procurement and work went smoothly and we returned to a job for which Konstantin under-promised and over-delivered, again. One of his traits which we really appreciate is that he is more interested in creating long term value for homeowners versus just doing as they ask. If he disagrees with something, he speaks very plainly and advises why he feel a different approach is superior. So far, he has weighed in similarly on every project completed for us so far. In each case the outcome implementing his suggestions was superior and provided a greater overall value. He is prompt, reliable, professional and each of his sub-contractors is equally professional, reliable and persevering. We feel very fortunate to be working with Kreative Barns and Konstantin and have several additional projects for him pending. Konstantin is a consummate professional, perfectionist, he understands all aspects of building and construction and project management and is supremely insightful, candid, hardworking and trustworthy. I would very highly recommend this excellent, professional and reliable company ably run by Konstantin for any new build construction, improvement or repair project."

"Muto was terrific! They contacted me quickly to tell me that someone would contact me to discuss/follow up. Tony Fernandes contacted me to schedule our on-site meeting. Tony was professional and thorough â ¦ explained the repair process â ¦ and advised me of the cost. The repairs were completed the next day! A great experience with Muto and Tony!"

"Jeff did a fantastic job fixing a glass sliding window pane in our condo. He responded promptly to my initial request for a quote, came to measure the window within a few days, and immediately ordered the glass to replace the broken pane. As soon as the glass arrived, he followed up and scheduled an install for the following day. When he came to the condo, he wore a mask, completed his work with incredible efficiency and skill, and was super friendly to us, putting us at ease. He runs a wonderful local business and I couldn't recommend his services more highly! Thank you Jeff!"

"The team from Capital was terrific, very responsive and easy to work with. I had a tree fall on my home and it caused additional damage that their team found and repaired beautifully. I highly recommend working with Capital for anyone who seeks reliable, hardworking and honest service."

"I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased."

"A pleasure to deal with. Steve ( salesman) was at my door a 1/2 hour after his first phone call.. Reliable Cape Cod firm that knows power awnings backwards and forward. Happy to do business with them"
