Communication with the customer was lacking once I signed the contract and for over a month of my texting with no response from MJD. There were too many excuses - whether or not they were valid - need to be communicated to the consumer ahead of time…not leave the consumer exasperated. I would hire them again, but would not sign a contract unless all communication concerns were resolved beforehand."
