Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. "When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. "Vanni was the person we were looking for on day one. He is very knowledgeable in multiple trades. He is not afraid to make a recommendation on design choices; he was absolutely right. Vanni is always punctual and neat. He helps organize the jobs and timing of the other trades. He reviewed all the plans for cabinets and appliances and was very accommodating to schedules and unexpected delays. Our kitchen remodel consisted of replacing everything including moving and replacing an exterior door. He installed our cabinets, back splash, new door, exterior wall repair, and flooring."

"This review is long overdue on my end but I wanted to provide a positive recommendation for Chase and his company on the demolition and replacement of two older new decks in our backyard and a new ceiling. After experiencing working with several contractors in the past that we're less then impressive I found Chase to be very through and professional and kept his promises on all the work that was done. I'm very detailed and the final outcome more then met our goals for having something built correctly that will last for a long time. Phase two of our project was to replace a tounge and groove knotty pine wood ceiling above an outdoor farmers porch. I was very concerned about how this would turn out since other contractors has told us how difficult the rip and replace would be. Chase found a way to get it done with the least amount of impact to the existing framing. Also, the crew working for Chase was always polite and courteous to all of our questions and he does have an admin that called in the evening at the end of every day to ask us about our experience. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of remodeling in the future."

"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. I highly recommend Richard and iCornerstone for any of your needs."

"I was very pleased with the team. The owner Rich met with me and the insurance appraiser which helped a lot. The team was very respectful, easy to work with, pleasant, on time and was here every time they said they would be here. They advised me on paint colors, were attentive to detail, did little extras to assist and did a nice job on clean up after the renovations. They kept to their appraisal budget, were timely with the work, got the job done in a reasonable time frame which was very important to me. It was a pleasure working with them. I am considering hiring them to do a bathroom remodel at the appropriate time"
