He tried to find a replacement locally but couldnâ t find the brushed nickel we needed. So, we ordered one on line and he made arrangements to return to install it and fix our washing machine shut off valves. He does charge $175.00/hr but that is for 2 guys. I do think heâ s expensive but what tradesman isnâ t? Very happy w his service. 5 star recommendation!"

"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
