"Was good up till they weren't, used this company to install my whole house Generac Generator about three years ago, as stated all was well till I actually needed their help after my generator sucked a lot of snow from the recent blizzard into the air intake and quit. When I called them to come out and fix the problem they wanted to charge me time and a half for the service call even though I had a service contract. Their reasoning was that it was my fault that I didn't prevent snow from getting inside the air filter.
