"5280 Hone Improvements is amazing! They rebuilt our deck in Oct. 2023 and the experience was wonderful. Bob is honest, reliable, and responsive. Reasonable prices as well. Locally owned and operated is a major plus!!! Would hire over and over for not only decks, but for fencing and bathroom remodels too."

"The men that did the work related to the prepping the yard for the retaining wall, placing the rock and pavers for the walkway did a very good job and it really looked nice. I've worked in construction and building maintenance for over 50 years, so I know what's good workmanship and what's poor. The worker who did the framing for the new sidewalk, steps and porch was poor workmanship. Nothing was level or straight and I had to have the other crew correct the forms before concrete was poured. The guys that finished the concrete did an excellent job. Never let D&D workers connect the lawn sprinkler piping to your house water piping. They seem to be handymen, not real plumbers. Beside not installing necessary valves and fittings to winterizing the sprinkler system, all the copper pipe was installed crooked, under stress and not supported correctly. Overall, half the crew did very good work, the other half needs training."

"Working with Peppers Landesign Sevices was an all around great experience. We had our deck railing replaced. Peppers was able to cleanly take down our old railing which we were able to sell. They then installed a beautiful new railing as well as a gate. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. During the process he also helped us coordinate a tree removal and helped us fix our outdoor fireplace. Peppers was professional and responsive. We recommend highly!"

"10/10 experience! Our sales manager Jaden was extremely helpful, working within our budget and giving us a heads-up on sales to save us money—zero high-pressure tactics. Josh (Construction Manager) and Noe’s crew are unbelievable. They worked incredibly fast and hard, even through heavy rain, with positive attitudes the entire time. Before this, we practically had a river flowing through our yard during heavy rain that was washing out our neighbors' landscaping too. Because it rained during installation, Josh and Noe were able to troubleshoot in real time, installing grading, French drains, and box drains that work flawlessly. They completely solved our severe runoff issues and turned our space into a safe, functional, and stunning backyard for our two young daughters. The full transformation from demo to finish took only 9 days. Highly recommend working with Josh, Noe, and the whole team!"

"Living Designs Landscaping built our new deck and designed and installed all-new landscaping in our front yard. Jeff translated our vision into a design we couldn't have come up with ourselves, then built it. The transformation is stunning, and the process was as good as the result. Jeff was clear and upfront about timeline and scope of work before the first day, and his team hit every mark. They arrived on time every day, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and were great people to have around the house. The finished deck and landscape design gave us exactly the outdoor living space we were hoping for, and the craftsmanship holds up to a close look. Communication, high quality, professionalism. Top marks across the board. Highly recommend Living Designs for any deck, hardscape, or landscape design project. We will be using them for our next project."

"Great, very friendly and fast service."

"Did great work replacing a storm door and an exterior door for us - they look and work great, he even came back out six months later to make adjustments at no cost when one of them shifted a little with the weather."

"My ground level deck in my backyard built by a previous home owner had collapsed in a few areas. Silva used my existing decking materials, removed it, and re built my deck sub structure so it will last for years, and replaced the existing trex deck materials saving me thousands of dollars in new materials which cost a fortune right now. Thank you Silva and crew"

"great work for the right price. Really happy with the deck that was built. Awesome experience."

"Israel did a fantastic job on restructuring and replacing our steep flagstone north stairway. He tore out and rebuilt front patio and pathways. He and his crew were most professional and cleaned up total areas completely. Highly recommend his work!"
