I had been very stressed and overwhelmed by the issue, and Lee was extremely professional and helpful and knowledgeable. As soon as he arrived and began talking with me, I felt better about the whole situation. He provided a detailed report of the proposed solution and an estimate. We agreed to have the company do the drywall removal and mold remediation process. He was very responsive and was able to schedule the work for a couple of days later. The crew leader, Marcus, was very friendly and professional. The entire crew did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything upon completion. Marcus had no problem showing me the work that had been done, what they found, and how they had removed contaminated material and treated the areas. They also did a test a few days after completion to confirm the mold issue had been successfully addressed and provided me with a report, photos, and certificate. I hope we do not have any other water and mold issues, but if we do I know to call Mold and Mildew Solutions! Thank you for doing such great work in a timely manner!"

I was frustrated as I had put off doing other things to wait for them, and the dryer was not drying well. Eventually the owner called me and came out himself that afternoon. He still charged full price, but from what I could tell did a good job."
