"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. "Nathan impressed from the time I first met him. He was far more professional than other contractors in terms of describing how his company works and what I should expect if I worked with him. He also has a nice showroom where you can look a variety of cabinets in different styles and colors as well as countertops. We ended up getting a countertop that he suggested. We would never had picked it on our own but it ended up looking amazing in our kitchen. We had him do a complete remodel of our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The guys on his crew were always prompt and showed up as scheduled. His foreman was both a good communicator and listener. Whenever we ran into an unexpected issue, they communicated clearly what additional costs would be involved (if any) and how much additional time it might take. The cabinets he installed were custom made but did not cost more than the pre-fab ones you can buy at the large home improvement stores. They are of high quality and well constructed. I actually saw his cabinet guy using a small caliper to make sure the door distances from the cabinets were all even! Lastly...here's something you'll never hear about a contractor...he finished AHEAD of time! Nathan's company are straight shooters and very skilled craftsmen. I would work with them again."

"My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) I would recommend using Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group to my family and friends. We look forward to working with Ben again in the future."
