Including removal & reinstallation of dozens of solar panels and removal of the original concrete tiles. We had been ignoring our known roof leaks for a long time. Southern California droughts allowed us to keep delaying the roof replacement. Those decisions did cost us dearly. YES we knew better. Chris provided a very complete quote.
