"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "Actually very well. Can I add "however"? I understand that the quality of my door and windows is very good. However, my windows were installed in a loft over my garage , used mainly for storage. I did not need the best possible windows for that location and I think the salesmen should have suggested a less expensive window. Sheer stupidity on my part but I feel I was taken advantage of. As for my door. Well it was expensive too but I just LOVE it. It appears to be keeping out this cold weather. The door doesn't have any of those lines or whatever they are called in it. My backyard view is beautiful. The installation technicians did a fantastic job, I swear they even swept my driveway! Other than the finished job there was no indication that I had work done on my home that day. The cost of this project was 10,000.00 USD"
