"My husband and I were building a house and taking on the role of General Contractor ourselves with a little help from a friend.  Todd gave me an estimate for the installation of my kitchen cabinetry that I had already put a down payment on.  He did not end up doing the work because my husband and I decided that we had enough of the insanity and hired a real general contractor to finish the house, who insisted on doing the install himself BUT...
Todd went out of his way to come by and take a look at the job in a timely manner as we were in a big hurry. He was very pleasant on the phone and returned all calls almost immediately.  When we met, he was very knowledgeable and had questions for me that another contractor hadn't even thought to ask, so I learned I had options that I was not previously made aware of.  Todd's estimate came in lower than the other local contractor.  He also offered to work with the kitchen designer on my behalf because the communication between us just didn't seem to be working out.
Had we not decided to hire the general contractor the finish the entire house, we most definitely would have hired Todd."

"Beto (Humberto Morais) Beto built a staircase and replaced and my home soffits. He explained the work he was doing and completed the work on the exact days he told me. He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed. I have already received complements on the work he has done and the looks of it. The price was very reasonable also. Beto was extremely polite, professional and pleasant working in his job. "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."
