I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. "Chuck originally installed my siding and windows in 2005.  His work at that time was excellent.  The window was under warranty and I wanted to make sure I gave the company the proper measurements and Chuck came out and measured it for me.  He said to call him when I received the replacement and he would install it.  It fit perfectly and I was able to install it myself.   <br /> My siding was also under warranty and I decided to replace the defective area.  Chuck also replaced the defective area for a very reasonable price ($400).  It looks great again.   <br /> The bigger project was my new deck.  They prepped the site and poured cement footings for the 6 X 6 support posts one day and built the deck after letting the cement cure. Chuck's crew (Terry and Robert) worked all day through the heat and humidity and finished my new deck in one day.  They did a great job of cleaning up the area after finishing. <br /> Chuck is not only an experienced professional, his crew has a superior work ethic.  I would not hesitate to use him again.  I was glad to find him on Angie's List nine years after he had done the original work on my home. <br />"

"Allan and Chris did a very good job! They were very quick and at the end of the day they kept the area clean. They also did a great job matching the cedar shake siding. They replaced all the windows and panel inserts. Then they were able to find a screen comparable to the old screen that no one makes any longer. Allan went out of his way to find this particular screen. Over all they put my porch back together better than it was. Yet exactly the way it was. Which is what I wanted. I would highly recommend hiring them for your project too."

"This was our second project with Jim.  Bidding was smooth, back and forth as we redesigned and upgraded many of the parts.  The job went smoothly as well.  The crew was professional, did a very good job and cleaned up constantly.  The end date stretched a bit but not greatly.  The final results were beautiful and we love working and entertaining in the space. <br /> The only thing we all missed was the opportunity to completely level the floor when everything was gutted.  There is one transition from familyroom add-on (done in the 70's)  to the original home hallway that is approximately 1 inch.  Other than that one spot the rest is perfect.  <br /> We would have Jim's crew back again. <br />"
