"Paul was the 6th tech we had out to resolve our kitchenaid fridge leak-no one else was able to figure out the problem. He diagnosed and gave us expert advice on how to proceed (mold removal from improper installation) and explained everything to us clearly and patiently. This is a perfect example of why only reputable experts should be hired to install appliances. We have been living with black mold growing in the walls behind our cupboards since we bought the house 3 years ago!
