He also re-programmed a remote I was having trouble with, and showed me good things to know about operating my garage door. And all at a very reasonable price!!! "Do not work with these people. They come out and recommend replacement of all the springs on the door, plus replaceing all the bearing wheels. When you don't go along with their recommendations they roll all the costs into the work that you are having done. In this case, one spring and installation, $450. Got it done by another company for half of that, $210. Called them to complain, their excuse was they are a bigger company and their prices are higher. The customer should not have to pay for their company being bigger. Very, very, disappointed in their approach and professionalism."

"Robert All Door & Garage, Inc.10/10/20225.0 Angel and JR were excellent. They explained my options clearly and without any pressure. JR recommended a torsion spring slightly longer than the original installed by the builder. The reason was that the original had snapped after only three years, and while it could have been defective, the thought was that a spring slightly larger than that recommended by the manufacturer would create a better system. He also explained to me that there was no reason to replace the other at this point and that there would be no future savings in the case I did, that I would be charged the same now as later since the second diagnostic fee would be waived. Angel performed the installation. The consummate pro, he was extremely careful and exacting in all aspects of the job. Naturally, he made certain that the tension for both the new right torsion spring and the old left torsion spring was the same. A line is drawn across the length of the torsion springs so that the rotations can be measured. Angel also answered my questions as he completed the different stages of the work. I highly recommend Angel and JR. $350: an RHS-mounted torsion spring (225 30" 2") $75: diagnostic Tax Total: $460.00"

When there was a backorder, they gave me another option that was equally as good as the first. I did have to call about a week later because the opener was being temperamental. No issues, they came right out and resolved the issue immediately."

"I am very happy with the work G+G Overhead Doors did for me. I had a 16'x8' garage door to be installed, but not yet picked out. They helped me through the whole process of narrowing down my decision on a door style/opener style. The door I had picked wasn't in stock in the warehouse which is no big deal, but he worked with me and we got a better door than I originally picked out that was in stock. and ready to be delivered, with a better R-Value. They were very prompt in letting me know of any updates, and they were also very professional. They have followed up since finishing the install to make sure everything is still up to par, which everything is working just as it was the day of installation. Overall, 5 stars I would highly recommend them for a garage door installation."
