"From the estimate to the finished product, Fernando was an absolute professional. We live in a co-op and Fernando had no problems working within the strict guidelines. He was extremely courteous and always responded to texts and calls quickly. We had him and his crew put in crown molding and baseboard trim throughout our entire apartment. They also removed wallpaper from 1 room and painted the entire apartment. Each day they left the apartment spotless as if they weren't there. Throughout the process, Fernando asked us to point out any imperfections we saw. When we did, he immediately addressed it and as a result the apartment now looks amazing. "As with the vinyl siding, Arthur and his crew came through with flying colors. We had a new roof installed which included GAF Deck Armor, new ice and water protection, new drip/rake edge flashings, new starters, new roof boots as needed, GAF Timberline HD shingles, a new Snow Country Ridge ridge vent system and capping, and a repair of the existing chimney flashing. After the job was completed, the yard was left cleaner than when the crew arrived. My wife and I couldnâ t be happier that we hired this company. All aspects from the signing of the contract, to the delivery of the materials, to the performance to completion of the project, was done on time and with impeccable attention to detail. It was amazing how Nixon and his crew removed and replaced all the 50 yr. old trim and created matching moldings inside & out. Everyone worked non-stop and were delightful, respectful of property and very easy to welcome into my home. Nixon is on site, very experienced, and I appreciated his guidance in choosing new materials. He gave choices, explanations & prices on the new trim so I could stay on budget.
