"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very thorough explanations of products, installation, and warranty. Workers were on time, worked very efficiently, and were respectful. Installation was only one day and there was a quality check afterwards. Also appreciated the use of a phone app to stay on top of dates and expectations. Excellent window installation experience. "From the estimate to the finished product, Fernando was an absolute professional. We live in a co-op and Fernando had no problems working within the strict guidelines. He was extremely courteous and always responded to texts and calls quickly. We had him and his crew put in crown molding and baseboard trim throughout our entire apartment. They also removed wallpaper from 1 room and painted the entire apartment. Each day they left the apartment spotless as if they weren't there. Throughout the process, Fernando asked us to point out any imperfections we saw. When we did, he immediately addressed it and as a result the apartment now looks amazing. He is a perfectionist and will not leave the job until you are completely satisfied. We look forward to doing more work with Fernando in the future!"

"We hired American House to install the vinyl siding on our home and they were terrific. Arthur is extremely accommodating. He responded quickly to any questions I would text him. He is very professional and a really nice guy. It was a pleasure to work with him. His crew was hard working and did a beautiful job on our house. They used quality material, such as heavy gauge oversized gutters and downspouts. The trim work was precise and the attention to detail was outstanding. To top it off the price was very reasonable. Due to Covid the production of the 25â Certainteed Monogram Siding we wanted was put on hold. During the long wait Arthur stayed in touch with us giving us updates. He never pushed us to use a different product even though we waited about two years. It was worth the wait. The product is beautiful and being 25â it drastically reduces the number of overlaps on the house. I highly recommended American House."

"I had two patio sliding doors removed and replaced & due to the existing openings, there was a lot more work involved to make new doors fit. It was amazing how Nixon and his crew removed and replaced all the 50 yr. old trim and created matching moldings inside & out. Everyone worked non-stop and were delightful, respectful of property and very easy to welcome into my home. Nixon is on site, very experienced, and I appreciated his guidance in choosing new materials. He gave choices, explanations & prices on the new trim so I could stay on budget. The doors and new trim inside and out look fabulous because of the high quality workmanship of Nixon and his crew. I will be calling Nixon for any future projects!"

"I cannot thank Paul specifically for putting up with me! From the beginning I had a vision along with a number of pics from Pinterest of what I wanted my house to look like. For starters my home was covered in old stucco and a lot of rotted wood underneath which was a messy job to remove. His team actually not only replaced all the damage but even removed my front living room window, reframed and replaced, as well as sheet rocked, spackled and painted the inside seamlessly. Paul stated the entire process would take 2-3 weeks. Well not only did this transformation complete in just under two weeks but either Paul himself or someone from his team stopped by daily to check on the job. "My husband and I hired Lasting Strength after a very stressful experience dealing with a previous contractor who did a terrible job remodeling our bathroom--specifically a horrible shower tile job. Adam came to our house to give us an estimate within the week and began work three days later. He was extremely detail-oriented and skilled. He and his associate Danny repaired our bathroom tile work and also did our planned kitchen reno. He did all the carpentry/cabinet work in the kitchen and suggested ideas of how to handle some challenging issues in our kitchen. He executed brilliantly on all these things and left our new kitchen looking exactly as we dreamed it would look. He also recommended a skilled electrician and plumber who we worked with for the other aspects of the kitchen renovation. We were incredibly satisfied with all the work done on our kitchen and bathroom so we asked Adam to repair some rotted wood in our main door entryway area. The wood rot and damage was significantly more extensive than we originally thought, but Adam and Danny did a great job repairing the structural damage and then laid tile over the repaired area. A beautiful tile job, by the way! We couldn't be happier with our home renovation and with our decision to hire Lasting Strength. In addition to being top-knotch professionals, Adam and Danny are also extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for my home.
