He was timely, courteous, had a creative solution to the problem that worked perfectly and not only removed his trash but even wiped out the cabinet leaving it cleaner than when he arrived. "Great. That half of the house had not been painted for 30 years. Peter Smith Company painted walls, ceilings, and interiors of the closets. The crew repaired all the walls meticulously before painting. They moved all the furniture out of the way and put it back when the job was done. The job took about 1 and 1/2 weeks. The painters were always on time, worked an entire day from 7:00am to 5:30pm. They cleaned up after themselves every evening before leaving....vacuuming, folding up the tarps, etc. I highly recommend them. Peter Smith is very responsive; always answered my emails promptly. His crew were all friendly, polite and competent at their jobs. I used this company about 5 years ago for an exterior painting job as well, and had the same great experience. I will certainly use them again in the future. Their professionalism was great."

"Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."

"I largely chose Fabricio/Sunyay based on the reviews on this site. My experience, however, was disappointing. Bottom line, I would not hire him again. Pros: - Responsive, always replied to messages/calls - Prompt, never late to meetings Cons: - Poor attention to detail: Upon inspecting the finished work, there were cracks that were not caulked, nails that were not removed from the wall, etc. - Sloppy work: Paint on windows, paint dripping off cabinets onto the floor. He did not protect the floor, nor does it appear that he used any tape for clean edges. - He left refuse all over the apartment, did not sweep up or clean off appliances that were showered in debris. Most disappointing of all, he was painting over walls that were a bluish/grey. We agreed on 2 coats of paint, and although he claims to have done 2 coats, the bluish/grey color was still visible. If Fabricio took pride in his work, he would have done a 3rd coat, which in a studio apartment, is not a lot of work, but he did not."

"Rocco and his team showed up on time, gave us an estimate in a timely manner. They were very prompt and did the repairs in far less time than we had anticipated. The work was tidy and they were happy to provide us with further estimates on other jobs. They managed our expectations and provided a good job."

"Pacific Stone and Tiles came to measure and showed about 6 choices for granite selection for the offer price. We were working with our own interior designer and we were on FaceTime with her. She nixed the 6 choices so Pacific Stone showed us another granite which was from India and was mostly white with few markings and some reddish-brownish highlights. The effect of this Indian granite was white and it coordinated nicely with our maple cabinets. Our interior designer told us to choose that and we agreed to pay Pacific Stone $1000. more for this granite from India. No name was given for this new granite in writing. When the day of installation came, the old countertop was removed. I did not think to go out and look at the granite in the truck before installation. The installation was done very efficiently and very nicely. However, the countertop did not look like what we were expecting. The color effect was gray with many markings. We were expecting a whitish granite and got gray. I asked to see the original sample that we had been shown when we selected the white granite but they did not have it on the truck. I contacted Pacific Stone and they emailed me a photo of what they said was the granite sample they showed me, but it did not look what they showed me. The granite we got was called moon white on the final bill but it had no name on the original invoice we signed. I made a number of inquiries about the discrepancy between the granite color we expected and what we received. Pacific Stone said there are natural variations in the appearance of each granite variety. However, we paid $1000 more because we thought we were getting the granite color we and our interior designer viewed and chose. I don't think I got the granite we selected and feel I paid $1000 too much. I now have to figure out how to get the granite to coordinate with the maple cabinets as well as regretting that I paid $1000 more than I should have."

"Roca and his team were very professional and did a thorough job on repaving my driveway and repairing our front sidewalk. The team delivered as promised and on schedule. In addition they worked quite fast although it was clear they paid attention to the important details. I would surely hire them again and am quite satisfied with the work they did ."
