The kitchen design phase went well and all of the decisions I made (with the advisement of John, Caroline or Lorraine) ended up working out well. Once the demolition started, I was very impressed by how careful the workman were in protecting the rest of my space and that of my neighbors. Not a single complaint by my negighbors - in fact, they had compliments for how unobtrusive the renovation went. The workmanship in every step of the renovation has been excellent with meticulous attention to detail. They removed a ceramic floor and replaced it with oak that matches perfectly with the light oak in the adjacent living room. I could not be more pleased and very grateful I decided to go with John Dolan."

They were very accessible by phone, text, and email. For a large remodel, the area and the rest of the condo remained clean. They cleaned up each day, kept dust to a minimum, and protected areas not involved in the project. The project was finished in the timetable quoted. "Had a number of issues where we had to keep calling back the workers to fix what was not done properly the first time. Asked for specifics for the kitchen, did not receive those as requested. Workers would say they would come on certain days, certain times, would either not show up or did not come. Was not very happy with JN Kitchens and would not recommend them to anyone. Definitely what I thought I would receive and received for kitchen was very different. Don't believe person they noted as "plumber" was one as had VARIOUS issues with that and paid a lot of money for that particular service. Very disappointed."
