If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. "Pedro renovated about 80% of our 1890s 5-bedroom Victorian home. The work was uniformly excellent and completed on schedule, despite the interruptions caused by the early phases of the pandemic. Pedro is an absolute pleasure to work with, and he maintained excellent relationships with us, the architect, and his subcontractors. His estimate was reasonable as were the change orders. We were lucky to find him!"

"I found Redman construction on Angie's List, and boy, am I glad I did!  The whole team is professional, friendly and has great attention to detail.  This was our first remodeling experience, and Jim and Joe helped us navigate the process, from recommending excellent suppliers for appliances (Yale Appliance) tile (Best Tile) beautiful Bella Wood floors (Lumber liquidators), to providing sub-contractors who were talented and delivered on time services.
Despite a few blips in the process (low water pressure requiring a pipe from the house to the street to be replaced), and extra electrical work on the outside of our house) Joe kept us informed, calm, and basically held our hands through the entire process, which only took 6 weeks (from start to finish) and produced results that far exceeded our expectations.
When the cabinets we ordered came in much darker than the door sample(we later found out the color we picked was discontinued, and no one was informed), Joe  took it in stride and got us replacements in no time. When the tiler had to go out of town before the backsplash was done, they did it themselves, to make sure we had our kitchen done.
The plumber they recommended, Charlie Holmes was amazing, and kept us going with his sense of humor when things felt like they would never end (I don't know how people go through this for months at a time).
Kris, the foreman who was on the job daily was helpful, talented, and convinced that making us happy was the point of his job.  The tiler, the painter, and the electrician were also great. At the end of the job, when all the little details need to be finished, they were more than accommodating to our every wish.
We now have a gorgeous kitchen, a bathroom that our friends are jealous of, and a dining room that looks like one. I would gladly use Redman Construction again, and recommend them to all my friends!"

"Division we had for our dining room was achieved. We had cabinetry and bookshelves in our dining room that were replaced by curio cabinets, and totally repainted to match our furniture. US pro painting did a wonderful job with flawless painting, reinstallation of lower cabinets and installation of new curio glass cabinets. JR, the owner, was very cooperative, and provided photos at each step of the renovation, since we were away during that time. If we have a painting or renovation project, we will use them again."
