"Grossly over promise and grossly under delivered .They will never get it. Another contract for me, and I'll do everything I can to tell everybody else that this should be the last person to go to. They weren't very responsive. They weren't very professional. One of the diets that worked there had very rude comments. They required a check before starting the project, and then when they came back, they wanted another check and then still didn't start. It said they were looking for material so the company, um? To me, it wasn't very professional or customer focused. The people that they sent out here were abrasive. They were Kurt. And very condescending me when I told him I was going to call the Maryland Home Improvement commission. Finally, they sent another person out here, and his name was Jake. Jake told us that he would have the project completed by the end of the That was last week, didn't call, nor did it come? We told them when we had when we started with the project and we had two events coming up that we wanted to use the deck.
