"I hired Quick Service from 3 plumbers that I called. The first part of my repair was located in the crawlspace under my house. The other 2 plumbers would not even come out to look at the job because of that. Quick Service gladly came out, quickly by the way, to look at the job and even came up with a possible alternative to going in the crawlspace. They also provided an estimate to replace all of the plumbing copper pipes and well pump. My house is almost 100 years old and needs a lot of work. They started the 1st stage of the job within days and completed it the same day. a few weeks later they came back to do an emergency replacement of my well pump. I called them on a Sunday when the well pump valve blew off and water was flooding everywhere. He calmly explained how to shut off the water and came right over to assess the situation. They came back a day later and replaced the pump. Quick Service is amazing, from the lady that answers the phone to the master plumber and his assistant. They are kind, expert at their job and very willing to work with us in staging the work so we don't have a large repair bill all at once. "This company was highly rated on Home Advisor. That is why I hired them. They sent a **junior** plumber to rework the pipes in the shower of a 60-year-old house. I also asked that a new faucet be installed in the lower-level bathroom. In the case of the bathroom repiping, a couple of mistakes were made according to the tile installer who had to ask for a correction. In the case of the lower bathroom faucet, I was told that because of the pedestal sink, a portion of the bathroom wall would have to be replaced. I certainly did not want that to occur to replace a faucet. Ultimately, this inexperienced plumber asked the main office to send another plumber to do the work and determine how to save the wall in the process. Day 2, a more experienced plumber came, changed the faucet without further adieu. The total cost of all of this far exceeded what I expected."
