They ensured that my yard was clear of any nails or debris, and took it all with them, which was highly appreciated. He wrote up a very excellent report detail all of the damage and repairs needed to bring my roof back to its original condition. He supplied me with clear pictures of everything, and took time to explain everything to me so that I could understand the estimate. "A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."

"Have roof examined yearly for any damage based on winter weather conditions and the fact the roof is over 15 years old. Contractor did an examination of the roof, tightened loose nails and shingles and suggested replacing the roof based on some curling shingles that might be blown off during a wind storm. Gave me some product brochures which I researched and found to be of good quality at a very reasonable price. Opted not to have roof replaced at that time because of more pressing house projects. Would consider them in the future for roof replacement but would also seek other bidders for the job.
