"BG Construction bid on several small jobs in December 2022, aware that work was expected to commence in March, 2023. Contract signed. Deposit required with installments paid on job completion. I would recommend setting â  service completed by dateâ  as part of contract. Jobs finally completed in December, 2023. Most work was sloppily done with little attention to detail and would need to be corrected. Last job with final payment will need to be totally re-done. Called contractor to report poor & incorrect workmanship that he needed to correct. Contractor said he would call back to schedule but now is ignoring my calls. So, contractor â  took the money and ranâ  . Totally unprofessional. I have pictures of his workmanship which confirm his total ineptitude in completing a job that he said he could do. Bill did not listen to me and argued with me, the home owner. I would not recommend this contractor at all."

"Showed up on time. To look at broken balances on windows. The Handyman unlocked our window sash with out hanging on top window which proceeded to fall down and he broke my bottom stops. It?s been over two weeks haven?t heard anything called five times I?ve given them my email still haven?t heard nothing. So basically I paid the handyman service $88 to break my window and never get back to us. For the simple reason I would not recommend this company. Lack of communication very unprofessional. Not to mention breaking something in your home and not staying in touch to simply let you they?re going to fix it ! They old saying goes first impressions are everything. This left a bad impression"

Between meeting him, reading the reviews online, and the impeccable warranty I felt very comfortable choosing him (the price was in the middle of the other quotes I got). The whole process took 3 real long days. Obviously it is loud and disruptive while they are working... but you only need a new roof once. I would suggest not parking in your driveway as there are a lot of people and trucks. At the end they cleaned up very nicely. They are a legit roofing company so they pull permits.
