"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. "My roof was leaking around the fireplace and my gutters needed replacing but I was hesitant to hire someone as I didn’t know who was reputable. I noticed my neighbor who had roofers repairing the area around his fireplace and I got his roofers names. His roofer was Jorge Maldonado (415) 424-1274. Jorge does roofs (replacement and repair), deck repairs, siding repairs, fencing repairs and exterior painting. I had him check my roof and he patched up the area around the fireplace, explaining what he was doing each step of the way. He also sealed all the roof vent pipes. I also had him replace my rain gutters and he disposed of the old ones. I was happy when Jorge said that my roof did not need replacement at this time, that it was good for about 5 more years. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job. Jorge explained each step of the way and was clear on the price. The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently together getting the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. After Jorge did my roof, another neighbor had him do partial rain gutter replacement for her home. I was really pleased with the job he did and plan to contact him when my roof needs replacing or my side fences. Recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent worker!"

"Got in touch with Mark for a shingle replacement. I really liked Mark and his team's work ethic. They wasted no time and cut no corners, and got the job done when they promised. On top of that, they did a clean job on my roof, and I couldn't thank them enough for their hard work!"

"Roof was completed, and is good. However communication was not great- the project manager did not communicate the schedule or say when they would show up on day 1, or what the schedule for the week was. They moved fast and broke things- landscape lights, shingles flung everywhere, plants crushed, tar marks on many painted white surfaces (pergola, siding, trim, etc). Wrong drip edge color was installed (I was the one to catch that). Despite clear milestones in the contract, they asked for payment for demolition portion before demo was complete, asked for payment for materials before materials were delivered, project manager was aloof, did not reliably show up to site, and was unaware of details and had poor control over the 100% Spanish speaking crew. They missed demolition of a portion of roof that I had to point out to them- again poor attention to detail and quality control. When they made mistakes, they generally attempted to fix, but I would expect better from the get go."
