"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"Dale has helped me out on several occasions. He committed to fixing a boiler by a specific time in the winter and arrived after dark in cold night and got heat going! He kept in touch the whole time before. He has an app that says when he us in his way. All appointments are confirmed thru app. He has done some tricky plumbing successfully. Highly recommend based on availability, communication, price and quality of work!"
