"Vinyl tile flooring project took longer than expected. Owner missed the estimate for materials and we ended up having to buy more, which caused further delays. After the second purchase we ended up having a whole box of extra materials that we can’t return. Installer did a poor job on the caulking of our baseboard. Since the project took longer than expected I think they were rushing to get out. We found lots of vinyl materials in vents and adhesive materials stuck to our new floors all over. I expect dust but not these things."

They provided us with an excellent set of options with respect to materials and prices. They sent out two crews so most of the work has gone faster than expected. Excellent work except for a few baseboard areas that we will need to clean up. We had to wait on some materials for stairs, but those will be done tomorrow, along with some minor trim work. They were very careful about moving furniture during the job."
