"We were very pleased with the service, both at the store as we selected the tiles, and with the installation. A subcontractor did the install, but the individual who estimated and the installers who did the work were very professional and easy to have around the house. The floor is beautiful, and the work they put into the whole process really shows. We did have a miscommunication at the outset when the installation crew didn't know that we wanted the old vinyl floor and subfloor removed, but that was resolved with a minor adjustment in cost, and the crew worked the extra day of labor into their schedule and finished on time. The installers also seem to have done a very nice job of taking care of some ugly squeaks and non-level places in the floor. The price was very fair for the work and the product, but I wouldn't call it a bargain.

"We had 3 bids that we thought were costly. called the carpet network and kanden was our salesman. He came out to Waterloo Illinois because we just inherited a house out here. He showed us a great carpet and padding and gave us an unbeatable price!! He was very professional and friendly. There was some pet damage so he recommended to seal the floor with kilz. "The overall job was very successful. All workers demonstrated professional work and behaviors. The hardwood installers had a small hiccup laying the wood, not mixing bundles properly. Ralph, the owner of Champion immediately responded and had this issue corrected. The sanding and staining work again was completed by very professional people and done with great quality. The sanding vacuum system while an extra cost was well worth it virtually eliminating all the dust during the sanding process. I would highly recommend this to any customers. Carpet and vinyl work was all completed in a great fashion. Finally replacement of all baseboards was done OK but some inside and outside corner fits were off requiring extra caulking and painting to cover up the flaws."
