"Fantastic company that went above and beyond for me. They were punctual, professional and did a top notch repair job on my washer in a very timely manner. What set this company apart from other companies is that it’s locally owned, been in business 40 years and is run like an old school business (that’s hard to find these days). They offer unmatched customer service, superior work, and great prices. The company manager/owner took my order personally over the phone. I knew I was in competent hands and ones I could trust. I must mention something about our service technician (who in addition to the above mentioned) is the reason I plan to give this company my lifelong loyalty and business. His name is George (@city location) and honestly speaking, I don’t think I’ve come across a kinder more patient person who’s come to my home for any type of job. I must have wasted at least an hour of his extra time (inadvertently) due to a mixup I made with my credit card (100% my fault). This mistake(s) caused this sweet man to have to leave my home and come back to my door from his car THREE separate times. He had to then write out three separate service orders, voiding the first two. The temp was close to 100 F that day, and I’ll tell you, he couldn’t have been kinder or more patient about it. When I told him how sorry I was for taking time away from his other customers, he said, “You are my customer right now.” I was so impressed by this as well as the company and workmanship overall. Afterwards, I called and spoke with the company’s manager/owner, Boris, to explain what had happened. He also, was such a kind, personable and understanding individual who listened and thanked me repeatedly for my service. "Mike, the repairman was very professional and timely. He calls before appointments to coordinate with a working schedule. He had ample tools for the repair and was very familiar with apartment size washer units. He was able to fix the electrical unit easily which was preventing the water to drain and even checked belts, etc before finishing the job. "Called Air Comfort Services for repair work on my 15 year old Lennox AC. The service repair tech was able to repair but also explained the problem and cost of repair for my AC due to it still using R22 refrigerant. Had Steve R, a service estimator come out to price out a replacement unit. Steve was prompt to arrive, professional and courteous. Reviewed the proposals and decided to replace both AC and furnace. Nichole and other office staff where courteous and friendly when I called about some questions I had. They informed me when Steve might be able to get back to me to answer my questions and Steve always return my calls promptly. The office staff kept me informed of the day and time the installation would occur. On morning of installation, the installation technicians, Jason and Matthew, arrived on time, started promptly, kept me informed of their progress, where courteous, professional and efficient. The installation was professionally done and site cleaned-up before they left. They took the time to explain the system operation and answered any questions I had. All in all, a very professional company and I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling services."

"Chuck, with another colleague, came to my home, and after discussing the entire job, I was given a firm quote. This discussion involved advising me on the issues involved and the cost of converting the cooktop from electric to gas, and the selection of the oven/micro combo based upon the limitations of the existing configuration and measurements. This was really helpful since I had already done some looking and had two models in mind that wouldn't have worked out at all. After finalizing and purchasing my appliance choices, and choosing the new countertop, I accepted their quote, and they returned to take precise measurements. Also, the countertop I had selected would be purchased from their own source, at a better price. After I had selected and purchased the new sink, they returned for it and took it to the countertop provider, so that a precise cut-out for the sink could be made. Two to three weeks later, the countertop was delivered, as were all the appliances, and a date for installation was decided. This was a big job, lots of ripping out and installing new, and taking away the old appliances, cleaning up and removing all the packaging, and finally, cleaning up as much as was possible of the debris. The two worked steadily for 8+ hours. They were very pleasant and polite, worked well together, and were efficient and competent. Chuck responded quickly to phone calls, and kept me well advised of timing and any other issues involved. To sum up, they did a great job and I haven't a single negative thing to say. It was a job well done, and looks it. I am completely satisfied and would hire them again."

"When we had an issue with or stove we called the warranty company Lowes uses. They sent out a slovenly dressed repairman who took a couple hours to mis diagnose the issue. Came back with a part days later, installed left without testing. After complaining and requesting a new service company, in walks Bobby from Mid America Electronics. After describing the issue, Bobby explained how the system functioned and new what the issue was. He then showed me the obviously broken heating element. Part came in he installed and verified the issue was resolved. Bobby was clean and neatly dressed prompt and polite! If you have issues with your appliances ask for Mid America to do your repairs!"
