"Fantastic company that went above and beyond for me. They were punctual, professional and did a top notch repair job on my washer in a very timely manner. What set this company apart from other companies is that it’s locally owned, been in business 40 years and is run like an old school business (that’s hard to find these days). They offer unmatched customer service, superior work, and great prices. The company manager/owner took my order personally over the phone. I knew I was in competent hands and ones I could trust. I must mention something about our service technician (who in addition to the above mentioned) is the reason I plan to give this company my lifelong loyalty and business. His name is George (@city location) and honestly speaking, I don’t think I’ve come across a kinder more patient person who’s come to my home for any type of job. I must have wasted at least an hour of his extra time (inadvertently) due to a mixup I made with my credit card (100% my fault). This mistake(s) caused this sweet man to have to leave my home and come back to my door from his car THREE separate times. He had to then write out three separate service orders, voiding the first two. The temp was close to 100 F that day, and I’ll tell you, he couldn’t have been kinder or more patient about it. When I told him how sorry I was for taking time away from his other customers, he said, “You are my customer right now.” I was so impressed by this as well as the company and workmanship overall. Afterwards, I called and spoke with the company’s manager/owner, Boris, to explain what had happened. He also, was such a kind, personable and understanding individual who listened and thanked me repeatedly for my service. He went to purchase the part before showing up. On top of that, he told me what washer brands he'd recommend and why. What technician would do that? It would be a plus if he gave me an approximate repair estimate before he arrived. A little sticker shock. But I decided to go with the repair instead of waiting for someone to call me back in the next 3 days and then another week or two for the appointment with other big box stores or the manufacturer. "diagnosed the problem quickly, informed us is was either a venting issue or a short cycling issue. because the venting issue would involve the apartments cleaning out our vent instead of us buying a new part he recomended we have maintenance clean our vent and if we still had problems call him back for free within 90 days and he'd fix the other problem. Honest and helpful he just wanted to get our dryer working again."

"Dan came out right as scheduled and fixed what he thought was the issue based on previous experience with that model. It was better but not completely fixed. I called to let them know and he came out very quickly again and did some more homework and replaced a different part at no charge. It still wasn’t working the way that it should so he did more research and got into some forum to see if other people had run across that issue that we were having and came out again to replace another part and then it worked great! Dan and the company were very quick to respond to my needs and did not charge me for the additional parts or time needed to make it right. Best service I have had from anywhere in many years and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know ."
