As part owner and designer, Nathan comes to discuss your goals and holds your hand through the whole planning process if you want. Mike, also part owner of Pristine, is on the job everyday making sure everything looks perfect. Their crew is top notch skilled. Attention to detail is a hallmark of Pristine's crew as well as regarding Mike's and Nathan's expertise. Cooperation and responsiveness from our first meeting and initial plans, throughout construction, and when needing changes makes working with Pristine very easy. Pristine's positive approach in pleasing its customers and offering overall and detailed suggestions makes this company especially great. The crew was here promptly everyday, so unlike the horror stories one hears. Scheduling is well planned and efficient. In addition to Mike, Nathan and the crew, Pristine's friendly and professional office manager, Emma, provided almost daily communication regarding work scheduling and updates. "We had converted our half bath into a full bathroom. Bridgestone construction offered accurate timelines, competitive pricing and committed people to complete the work. They also handled all the paperwork and permitting and followed up with our local inspectors so that the work could be completed on time. They were extremely clear at all the milestones and payments were structured after the work was completed. Their people kept to covid protocols (taking temperatures everyday, masks all the time, daily record of everyone who was working), and worked with very high quality. Jeremiah was a pleasure to work with, He did a great job of minimizing disturbances to us. They were great at adapting to all the various issues that came up to ensure the job was completed on time with high quality."

"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. "HIC builders is a family owned company, and they did a terrific job at my house. We added an ADU above the garage, remodeled two bathrooms, and did other extensive work on the house. Abraham, the field manager, was responsive and available, flexible when plans needed to change to accommodate structural issues that we discover as the project progressed, and answered my endless questions. The workmen were always on time, courteous, and cleaned up the site every day before they left. "Trig Builders is an excellent one-stop shop for mainly excellent design, great help in selecting final materials/accessories and mainly for any complete home remodeling. Our master bathroom and kitchen needed to be completely demolished and redesigned. Yossi met with us several times and by listening to us and to what we want to get, he was able to come up with a new concept that included all the ideas and goals of what we wanted to have and his design was very clean, modern while still be within our budget. Yossi also managed and handled all the orders and purchased of the materials and final accessories which caused us to write this review because this was an excellent service. The bathroom was gutted and after the demolition, Yossi and his guys discovered that the floor support beams were damaged so we had to replace them with new ones and to have the floor leveled before they could start the new construction. This problem caused the budget increased by a small cost (Yossi charged us only for the materials) for the overall budget. All the professional people that were involved in the work including the plumber, drywall man, electrician and tile man were excellent and skilled people that executed their part in a very high level of work results. They were very careful about all the cleaning aspect by dropping cloths, plastic wraps for the floors. The kitchen was completely redesigned and Yossi was able to include everything we wanted and needed. He went with us prior to the work and helped us purchasing all the materials appliances. The remodeling job was a week behind the original schedule because of the floor problem and due to few days when we had to leave the house for personal reasons on top of complications in getting the necessary inspections completed. We must mention here that any of the delays was not caused because of Trig Builders fault. We are very happy and satisfied with Yossi, the workers and all the skilled people and mainly Trig Builders as the company and we highly recommend them."

"Imperial Remodeling took on a top-to-bottom remodel of my small three-level townhome, including a roof-top deck. The home, which was previously occupied by a hoarder, was transformed! Gino Henn and his crew replaced everything, from the flooring in every room, to each of the 2.5 bathrooms and the leaky 2-stage roof. The roof is now an urban oasis, with turf and a deck cover. Imperial did a fantastic job. I love my totally new kitchen! Because the condo complex was old and not well maintained, there were unexpected and tricky problems with electrical and plumbing systems. But Imperial handled it all -- and stayed on schedule. The workmanship is excellent and detailed. The crew was careful and mindful of my neighbors and the cleanliness of building's common areas. Overall, I am very happy with the finished project."
