"Installation went very well, but at the end I noticed the floor anchors are sticking out too much and the caps are not covering them. After I asked the installer if he can trim it, he said he doesn’t have hand saw and cannot use his power saw to do it. He told me I will have to buy my own saw and cut it myself. That defeats the purpose of hiring and paying for a professional to do their job!"

"Best plumbing experience to date. I was able to initially text, share photos of the problem areas, and talk live directly with the plumber before he even came out, which enabled a more accurate diagnosis and detailed estimate of both time and expense involved. Jan was very knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and very respectful of our personal space and circumstances (I care for my senior mom, who has advanced dementia). Everything went very smoothly and I will definitely call on Vanguard for future needs."

"Scott, was very knowledgeable and responsive. He showed up on time and explained clearly what the situation. I've used him 3 times now because I know he is reliable, fair and knowledgeable. 1st time I spoke with him on the phone he was very patient with me and walked me through the problem. As to why the Hot water had a weird smell. He spent close to 30 mins on the phone with me. I will also call Scott whenever I have any plumbing issues."
