"My parents were very pleased with the removal of a tub and installation of shower unit. Work was well done and timely."

"This was an amazing team of workers. They were courteous, cleaned up each day, non-intrusive, friendly and went that extra mile to do little things that really made a difference. I needed screen doors for french doors in the back and  that was a challenge. Marco would not give up until the perfect screen doors were installed and worked perfectly. He has an eye for perfection and that is what you want in service. Highly recommended.

"I had Ranierry Tile install my kitchen backsplash. They were on time, professional, really helpful in explaining my options and most importantly, the backsplash looks amazing. I would definitely hire them again if I have another tile project come up!"

"Overall experience, from visiting their site to select the granite, scheduling the template and countertop installation, and the installation itself was positive. Installers were very conscientious in their work"

"We hired New Tile for two separate bathroom projects in our home. The first being a Kids Bathroom remodel which included gutting the existing bath floor and removing the tub surround. New Tile prepared the walls and floors and installed tiles around our tub and on an accent wall as well as tile on the bathroom floor. Our second project was our Master Bath addition where we converted a second walk in closet to a bathroom. The New Tile team helped us decide on what materials to use and also provided a job well done in there. The master bath work included preparation and installation of tile on our glass enclosed walk in shower, installing electric heat cables on our bathroom and shower floor as well as installing tile on our soak in tub backsplash including a custom build recessed niche with glass and stone mosaic tile. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish and absolutely love the work. We will definitely hire New Tile again for our future projects."

"Company did a good job last summer with 3 bay windows, so I called them back when the rest of the windows in the house needed to be replaced. On the initial visit, I told the rep that I wanted the same windows as last year. He quickly found the job order and picked up the details of the window make/model/etc without any need for me to reinvent the order. The company had the opportunity to try to upsell me, as I asked them about replacement of the skylight in the bathroom. Refreshingly, they declined to do so and told me that it would be much better to wait until we needed to get the roof re-done, and to do the window at that time. As before, the first guy clearly explained the process: guy 1 to take the order and measure the windows, later follow-up visit from guy 2 to remeasure all the windows carefully before ordering their construction, and then a couple of months later, a follow-up call from their HQ to schedule the install. He gave me an approximate window for this scheduling call. It was a pretty broad time-frame because there had been an unusually large number of people needing custom windows. As before, everything went off exactly as the rep indicated. The install team showed up within a half-hour of the estimated time, and installed 11 windows without taking a break. They removed every scrap of rubbish, vacuumed thoroughly, and left the place as clean as it was when they arrived."

"Professionals! Hal and his team are punctual, proficient and attentive to detail. After years of thinking that we could just
paint our home ourselves, I will not think about picking up a paintbrush but out letting the professionals do their thing. Hal was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire project. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that
has a sense of pride in their home!

"They called the night before to see if they could change the day which I couldn't do because I had already changed my work schedule. They arrived on time the next day and quickly removed the wallpaper within 2 hours. However, they did not remove all the glue. The description stated the following: Includes washing walls, Removes old wallpaper; pull off the paper and remove the flue from walls up to 8 feet high. My husband and I spent several hours trying to remove the excess glue and the wallpaper that was behind the radiator. I called Bennett's to discuss my concerns with their service and they never returned my call. I had also asked the person removing the wallpaper how much it would cost to have the room painted. She said she would let the owners know and have them contact me.  I never got a response.

Considering the coupon was for up to 6 hours I think a better job removing the wallpaper and washing the walls should have been done.
