"I bought an 8 unit building back in 2022. In 2023, I contracted with Don to install washers and dryers in each of the units. This was not a mere installation task. It involved plumbing and venting, etc. HUGE value add to the building. We also needed to lift and stabilize a kitchen floor that had been sinking toward one side. Quite a complicated task but it turned out beautifully and I have not had a problem since. Finally, Don completely renovated a unit including new kitchen and bath - turned out magnificent. And everything was done on time and even on a relatively tight budget. The subcontractors Don has working with him were excellent. The plumber, electrician, carpenter, and HVAC techs were all top notch. This is the hallmark of a GC who has been in the business a long time. I am currently looking for another rental property of similar condition (fixer-upper) and will undoubtedly use Don and his crew - wouldn't even consider using anyone else."

"The painters were professional, on time, and respectful! They painted the entire interior including the closets, and followed directions to the letter! They also installed 6 can lights (12 total) in 2 rooms. They left ABSOLUTELY NO MESS behind, and they reinstalled shelving that they took down. I would highly recommend them, their work is impeccable. We plan to do a bathroom remodel soon, and will hire this company to do the work."

"We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. "This pro did a great job! They completely renovated our 99 year old home. They tore out and replaced everything inside, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even the old, out of code wall studs that were discovered when the walls were taken out. They replaced all doors and windows as well to give a seamless look inside and out. They also added needed accessibility features. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks. They worked with our lender's consultant, appraisers, inspectors and the village building department to give us a beautiful new home on time and within budget.
