The work was begun and done in the time frame stated and finished on time. The best bid for price (and I did seek other bids), and also a 20 year warranty. My husband, who understands these kinds of projects but was out of town, became available after the project was about half done and was very pleased with the work. Thus, having undertaken this necessary project myself, it turn out that I picked the best of the best to carry it out despite my lack of experience which was made up for by the Renew Basement Foundation professionals' education that they provided as I searched for a reliable contractor. Absolute integrity in every respect. From my stand point as a novice home foundation repair customer I felt confident, and from my husband's stand point where he did understand the scope of the project, all work was flawless. Also important to note, Renew noticed other problems that I had not identified, and they helped me to solve, such as a problem with the chimney. "First, I would like to say your crew was nice to work with. We have not had enough rain to see if the job was a success or not. I would like to say that we were disappointed in the installation of the egress window well, but after your crew came back out and repaired it, it looks good. We were not happy that your crew did not say anything about the damage that was done to the rain gutter and soffit. I do not think they would have said anything if I would not have seen it and said something. When your crew came back to repair the egress window well, they told me they would go get some paint and paint it. That was not done, and that would not have fixed the gutter and soffit that is only a year old. Now to the inside, we think your crew did a good job installing the drain tile, removing the debris, and cleaning things up, however, we are not happy with the way the concrete was put back in. It is not smooth, there are stones showing, and we think we could have done a better job. When your crew came back out to repair the egress window well, they said they could grind off the high spots, but I told them not to bother because it will still look like a kid did the job."

"I was able to make an appointment through Erin in the office to schedule someone to come out within a week. Kyle came out to give us an estimate. He was prompt and courteous. He examined our basement walls from the inside and then walked the outside of the property. He informed us we didn't need basement or foundation repair. Our problem was our gutters and the grading of our lawn. He recommended two solutions to those problems and stated which would be cheaper. We appreciated his advice and that he didn't take any money for the estimate or advice. If our basement or foundation ever does need repair, we are definitely calling Accurate Basement Repair."

"Jayme did the initial inspection and explained what was happening with our basement walls. He described in detail how it would be corrected and gave us a quote that we accepted. The entire crew worked nonstop and got the job done like a well oiled machine. Each one had their specific job and got down to business. It was fascinating to observe them working. They had respect for our home inside and out and put down tarps on the basement stairs. They covered the items in our basement with big sheets of plastic for protection which was great. Sheets of plywood covered our lawn where they had to drive their equipment. All of the crew were pleasant and considerate. The crew cleaned the basement when they finished inside. They even washed the floor. Outside they raked and power washed the driveway and street. You wouldn't have known where all the dirt, stone and heavy equipment had been. It is now 3 months post job completion and the basement is totally dry and odor free. We have already recommended your company to several other home owners. GREAT JOB BY A GREAT CREW!
