"Overall, the floors came out nice, but customer service and attention to detail were very lacking. The installer arrived late every single day, and there was no final walk-through when the project was done by the project manager. Several things were missed and needed to be corrected over the course of a couple additional visits. In fact, there is still one thing that has not been corrected several weeks later. We also never received a phone call from the company once the project was done to ask us if we liked it or if anything needed to be fixed."

"Top pros came in and installed a high quality floor in just over 4 hours. I was impressed with their skill and professionalism. I can highly recommend Top PRos for any remolding project you may have."

"The entire team did a fantastic job. From Ally to Abby to Perry and the install team and finally owner Dave, I could not be happier! I highly recommend them all!"

"Pro was very knowledgeable, answered all questions offering suggestions. Very likeable and easy to work with. Great experience"

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"Chris did an awesome job removing our old carpet and installing luxury vinyl flooring in two rooms. We look forward to working Chris once again on future projects"

"Excellent hardwood flooring installation! The work was done professionally with great attention to detail. The floors look beautiful, and everything was completed on time and very clean. Emiljano, highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and reliable service!"

"RNR has done it again! I have tried for over a year to find someone to do some skirting around the back of my house. Some said that they could do it but the pricing was far more than I was budgeting, and some who could not see my vision. I wanted to make sure feral cats and other wildlife could live rent free so the skirting was needed to protect my home and provide a cosmetic upgrade as well. I look forward to our next project!"

"The process was very easy. Craig discussed different options regarding stain color and gave me an estimate. After the floors were sanded, he put down the a few samples so I could make a final choice. The floors were gorgeous. I had many compliments on the finished product. He also completed the job in the timeline he gave me and cleaned up when done. I would highly recommend him."

"Wanted quote on vinyl flooring...was only given quotes for more expensive laminate flooring which was way out of our budget."
