For our first visit, two highly competent (and personable) technicians showed up and spent the day reviewing everything in our house that could possibly need maintenance or repair. We were astonished by how much they got done. For example, one of them even climbed onto the roof where they found and nailed down some loose shingles. They cleaned the dryer vent (something we’ve never had done before), re-caulked some sections of the bathroom tiles, repaired loose door handles, checked the fire extinguishers, and the list goes on and on. I was especially pleased that they replaced all the burnt-out overhead light bulbs, so now my husband won't have to climb onto a tall ladder. We really look forward to working with Para in the years ahead."
