"Stone pros are a top notch company. When we first decided to replace our counter tops in our new house we were going to put gray quartz into our house. When we sat down with the very busy owner of stone pros Glenn, he changed our minds. Because we were installing new counter tops into a log home he suggested using a natural stone because it is a natural home (log built). We were looking at a light gray color scheme, Glenn suggested a dark stone he had recently seen at a granite distributer in Seattle. We instantly agreed. He has an eye for what would work and look best. We went totally opposite of what we came in to have installed. He stated he would do what we wanted as customers. But we went with his suggestions. We went down to Seattle (not my favorite place) and picked out our slabs. We absolutely could not be more pleased with his suggestions. We were under a tight time line also. We had a house warming party coming up and really wanted the counter tops completed. Glenn’s crew was very accommodating to our schedule and worked tirelessly to have the job done in a very timely manner with the utmost professional attitude on a Saturday. You have to understand that installing counter tops against logs is not an easy event. I was asked questions along the way on how I wanted certain locations to be completed so I would be happy with the end result. We will use them again for our bathroom remodels when the time comes. In the end it saved me thousands of dollars also. We cannot say enough how happy we are with our counter tops. Sincerely Don and Jen."

"After a different contractor messed up the tile backsplash for my new kitchen Ivan at Atlantic Tile & Granite came in and saved the day (and the kitchen). I called in tears and they had a person at my house the next morning to see what was needed and provide a quote. The day after my tile arrived they were here to remove the botched tile job, repairs the walls and install the new tile. Ivan worked carefully and slowly to make sure it looked perfect. Each time he cut the glass tile he took care and polished the cut edge if needed. He is amazing and I highly recommend him."

"We had Chhay from Stone Restoration Services some holes and marks in our Terrazzo floor after moving the Kitchen island. He was amazing. You would never be able to tell there was ever a hole. He even managed to restore the floors to white from the discolored cream they had become since 1960. He was also 50% cheaper than Marblelife. I'm a huge fan of this guy. He went above and beyond repairing a bunch of holes and marks that weren't in the original scope. He also took great care of our cabinets and walls. "I had a wonderful experience working with Integrity Stonework & Cabinet, formerly Integrity Granite and Tile. I needed to replace my 1990s tile countertops in my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Off the three companies that gave me estimates, Integrity Stonework and Cabinet was not the cheapest, but I chose them for the job because, what can I say, Mike was so pleasant to work with. Right off the bat, he was very courteous and helpful. I knew that I wanted solid surface, but couldn?t decide if I wanted granite or quartz. Mike took the time to explain the similarities and differences as well as answering all my questions. The job description on the estimate was clear. Communication was excellent from start to finish. My questions were always answered in a timely manner either via emails or text messages. We had to break down the project into two phases because there was a delay in the shipment of my cooktop. Mike was willing to accommodate our schedule. Because I have two young kids, I told him that I couldn?t afford much kitchen downtime, so he and his crew worked long hours to complete the job on time (I?m not sure if they didn?t take breaks!). Right before the kitchen sink was put in, my husband noticed that it wasn?t the sink that we ordered. Worried that this would delay the project, I said I could live with that sink; however, Mike insisted that we should get  what we wanted. He took the slab back to his shop to get recut and bring us the right sink. That level of dedication to customer satisfaction is what really stuck with me. The only thing I wish was done differently was the dust containment. I didn?t realize there would be so much dust. I wish they had put up some kind of tent to keep the dust from flying everywhere. "Staff at Tile Lines was terrific. Rita spent a great deal of time helping me put together a design for a kitchen backsplash. I arrived with a mosaic pattern and simply a vague concept of how I wanted the finished product to look. She was so patient going through a variety of ideas and products until we found just the perfect one. I feel quite sure I would not have created as stylish a design on my own. I ordered from Tile Lines even though I could have gotten some of the product a bit cheaper online as I felt their customer service warranted the loyalty. When the product arrived, one box of ceramic tiles was damaged in the shipping process. They immediately sent it back and ordered a new supply for me. I ended up with all of my supplies in perfect shape and on time for my project."

"Mark was the only sales rep who got back to me in a timely fashion with the turnkey solution I wanted.  They were very professional throughout the job, which took several weeks.  The only complaint I had was that they didn't remove the packing containers from the various faucets, toilets, bathtub, etc.  But I didn't consider that all that bad, considering the quality of the work performed.  They did haul off all the demolition related items. <br />"
