"Great from Start to Finish We hired Signature Tile to do the tile work for two bathrooms in our home. Chad was great to work with from start to finish. We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. We wanted a change order mid-way through the project (add a shower niche that we had forgotten to include) and Chad was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and was clear on the additional price. The project areas were cleaner after Chad finished than when he started. The tile work looks great and we are very happy. "I went to their website and requested a quote to clean and seal my shower.  I gave dimensions and sent photos.  Sound Tile and Grout responded with a quote that was over twice what I expected but I'll admit I really didn't know what it would cost.  I needed the work done and after seeing their positive reviews on Angie's List I decided to bite-the-bullet and get it done.  I am very glad that I did.  Chad & Zack arrived on time and after letting me know what they were going to do they went right to work.  They were clean-cut, well mannered, and very professional.  High quality materials were used.  They did an outstanding job and I am very happy I spent the money.  My shower hasn't looked this good since it was new.  If you need the work done, go with Sound Tile & Grout."

"James and the Cox Custom Remodeling crew did an outstanding job on my remodel project despite the fact that I changed scope significantly multiple times during the work. The project began with a fairly modest goal to make an exterior covered deck a bit more resistant to wind and rain by adding side walls, but after the initial bid I asked if it would be possible to turn the deck into the equivalent of an interior room that could be used year-round. James presented a number of different options that were cost-effective and could be accomplished without significant structural changes to the house as I wanted to avoid major alterations if possible, and the team was able to deliver a 4-season room in just over 2 months of work (and with several more changes I added during construction) that's perfectly integrated into the original design of the building. The new room has become the focal point of the house. The crew also completed a full bathroom remodel, added several new window openings, and completed some other projects during the ~10 weeks of construction, but the new room is really what showcased the Cox Custom Remodeling expertise and ingenuity on this project. "Overall, I am glad that I used this company, as project was delivered on time, with good quality and they always maintained cleanliness of the workspace. My concerns are related to moderate level of miscommunication (I have seen much worse, but for price paid I'd like to see better transparency and planning). The project took 3 weeks with 2 rotating people working on it. I paid 55K, after considering materials provided by contractor, this is almost 8K per worker per week price. I would recommend them to other people, who need time-efficiency and high quality, and are willing to pay high price and still be highly involved. For my own next projects I will be looking for other providers."

"They were absolutely fabulous and the most knowledgeable stone contractor I dealt with and there were 5 all together! They were completely professional and even when things took longer than they anticipated they did not charge me any more. I LOVE this company and will never use anyone else again! We had problems with 4 other stone contractors before they came in. They fixed all of my problems and were absolutely charming to deal with. They turned me on to some amazing cleaning products as well. I thought I had to replace our master shower enclosure and they gave me a stone cleaner that took ALL the hard water stains off of the shower door in a matter of minutes - I sprayed it on rubbed it in with no pressure at all waited 15 minutes and rinsed it off and it looked like a brand new shower. I had a cleaning business for 15 years and I never saw a product like it; it also cleans the stone in the shower of course. The owner Todd is incredibly knowledgeable and he can help you with any stone problem you have I am sure of it. They also gave me a 6 year warranty on all of the surfaces they sealed!"

"Earlier this year we decided to do some home remodeling at our house. We agreed to remodel the kitchen, master bathroom and replacing the entire floor throughout our house. Selecting the right construction company for us wasn't difficult and hard as we thought it would be because we were lucky enough to have a friend that hired Pure Home Remodeling before to perform several remodeling projects and they were proud to refer them to us. To our house arrived our project manager and he gave us all the requested information, ideas and estimate. We were shocked by all the important data and materials we needed and it proved us how much we know. More than that, He gave us a great amount of explanation on how they work, what should we expect from him and his office and how long should it takes. This information was very important one. The complete remodeling process was very smooth and easy. Our project manager and any one from the working crew were excellent! "We started out needing our fireplace tile replaced. We chose a mosaic tile knowing full well mosaics always have some flaws, but hoping they’d be minimal. Ben worked his magic and made that mosaic fireplace more beautiful than we could’ve hoped. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Being so pleased with the fireplace, we decided to have our bathroom counters and tile backsplash redone. Again they turned out beautiful. Next will come the kitchen, then floors and showers.
