I contacted John at VJA and right off the bat, he went out of his way to meet my son and I at his location to pick out everything! He had so many choices! Being on a limited budget, John suggested the "lower" cost items. Well, if the choices we were given were lower in choice or quality....I'd hate to see the high end! The choices and quality were outstanding. John made a few suggestions. Within a day, he sent out Justin to measure and provide a drawing. We had a quote within a day and in our budget!! The construction crew lead by Tom was excellent!!! They were constantly working around us and even making suggestions that we never thought of (this was all during the COVID pandemic and the Christmas holiday). The whole team was respectful, patient and understanding!! I could not have done this without them and they made this dream come true for my son and my budget! I definitely and highly recommend VJA always and hope to do more projects with them in the future. You'd have to be crazy to use any other contractor!!"

"We hired this company for a master bathroom remodel, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The project was estimated to take 10?14 days, but dragged on for over 4 weeks due to repeated delays, limited communication, and multiple no-shows. Even after completion, they had to return for repairs, and we are still finding errors?cracks in the tile grout and other signs of poor workmanship. One of the most shocking issues was that they washed their paint brushes in our brand-new $1,500 freestanding tub, damaging the plumbing and causing drainage problems. This careless act may even have long-term effects on our septic system. Overall, the quality of work was subpar, the professionalism lacking, and the entire process stressful. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company for a remodel"

For an estimate he came I explained to him the project I have water damage in my kitchen. He recommended. To demolition everything and redo the drywall cabinets countertops everything give me a decent price I was very happy my husband agreed he only took him a week and a half and my kitchen is now complete. I’m very happy when I cook highly recommended."
