"Charles did an excellent job providing design recommendations for my kitchen cabinets and the kitchen itself. Based on his recommendations, he also expertly crafted matching “cabinet-like” doors to match the cabinets purchased. He incorporated this look around my free standing area that encompassed my walled-in downdraft stove which was previously covered in tile. He also designed my pantry door to my existing pantry area that matched the purchased cabinets. He saved me several thousands of dollars in lieu of purchasing new pantry cabinetry that would have required reconfiguration of the wall. I’ve received many compliments on the pantry door as well as the rest of the kitchen cabinetry remodel."

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

I hired Jerry of Lasting Creations, LLC to fix some structure issues that had resulted form years of settling. The home is located close to the beach. Years of salt air etc. had caused stress cracks on the front corners of the home. Jerry completely chipped back the brittle cracked stucco and reenforced it with hydrolic cement to take care of the structure cracks.  He re-stuccoed the front of the home, put coins which are the square raised patterns on the corners, four in all. Around the windows he built solid concrete bands, with keys, which are diamond shaped accent pieces at the top of each window, as well as the top of the garage. I am very pleased
with the results! Jerry is a hard working independent business owner, don't let the tattoos fool you. Jerry is a man of integrity. I gave him a deposit check approximately a month and a  half before the job was started. He held the check until the day he physically started the job. He showed up on time, he preformed to the letter of our contract. Jerry takes pride in his craft. He may not be your cheapest bid....But keep in mind sometimes the cheap comes out expensive, especially if you have to rehire someone to come and fix shotty workmanship. I would definitely hire Jerry of Lasting Creations LLC. again in the future.

Jerry, The owner of Lasting Creations, LLC. Took my old 1977 stucco brick home and modernized it through the art of stucco. :)

"The remodel work went very well. Joe was very accommodating with our wish-list, and always made suggestions to make a design really pop, using today’s latest tiles and modern fixtures. We asked for some rather unique work, which he performed without hesitation. We will hire him again for our kitchen remodel when that times comes."

"Excellent. I received a call from this company within twenty minutes of registering on Angie's list. They came out the next day and gave me a price. Due to inclement weather, they didn't start the job until two days later. They finished in the time quoted and went over and above in the service they provided. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.1,000"

"Tony did a great job. I love my new wall and fireplace. He also did a few small jobs for me. Painting, hanging lights etc. couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy. Also he was there to work when he said he would be and did everything when he said he would. His crew were also very polite and respectful. I highly recommend MDZ Ultimate Builders"
