"Got up in morning to find water spewing from pipe where hose was outside. Had been spewing all night. The repair man was here within a half hour of call. Couldn't find meter and called City to come show him then he had to dig to get to it to turn off water to house. He had stopped the spewing water already. Then he repaired and replaced the outside hose nozzle raising it for me at my request to avoid having to put hand in bushes to turn on hose. Took him about 45 minutes to do all this. "Evans is a small, family owned business. They take care of their customers. They called me back after normal 9-5 hours to try and schedule a time to come out the next day. They came out just as promised and after checking out the issue, it was determined that it wasn't a switch or valve issue, ect., but needed the pump removed and replaced. They left and were back a few hours later with the new pump and had it installed that afternoon. These are the guys you want to call!"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them. <br />"
