"Everything they did was done perfectly and professionally!  The whole house looks like it was completely retiled!  The shower looks like it is brand new.  Before this was done, it would take me a long time to clean the tile in the house and in that shower.  I used every chemical I could think of and had it cleaned professionally a few times.  Now there are no stains in the grout of any of the tile and it's only a matter of mopping the floor and doing a quick shower clean.  I've saved hours and frustration by having this done.  I would highly recommend their services to anyone without reservation!"

"<p>First, I had used this same company previously to do the tiles in my kitchen and was very pleased with the professionalism of the representative and with the work that was done.  The tiles, and especially the grout, were in sore need of cleaning.  He did the work and gave me advice on how to maintain them.</p> <p>This second visit to do the bathroom/toilet and shower was very different.  To start with the representative traipsed water all over the hardwood floor from his equipment and then walked in it.  The tiles in the bathroom and toilet were quite clean.  I was more concerned with the ones in the shower.  The work in the shower was less than satisfactory and when I commented on it his only response was that perhaps the whole floor should be removed and replaced.  He did replace some grout for which I was charged an extra $26.50.  When I commented (complained) about the water on the floor he took a rag and wiped up the wet spot but didn't touch the area that was dirty from where he had walked.  When I told him that I was unhappy with the work, his comment was "I wiped the floor, didn't I"  </p> <p><br /></p> I am not used to getting service of this quality from the companies on Angie's list. <br />"

"I called for a quote. Ellen came over and measured my tiled floor, gave me quote. The next week Bruce returned and started in the worse room...the master bath. :) He cleaned the grout and asked me to approve the area. It was filthy grout. He was not satisfied with the results, so he cleaned it again. Results were Awesome! Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to them. Bruce was at my home from 8 AM -1:30. Completed my tile, grout sealant, cleaned area rugs and applied scotchgard to area rugs. My floor looks like new. The grout is so clean. I could not be more pleased. Highly recommend"
