His team of very hardworking roofers came and finished everything in one day! Very importantly, a few things really to Matt's credit and all the people that work for him. Phone calls promptly returned, usually within minutes. Start to finish in one day. Took proactive steps to protect the landscape, central air, garage doors, etc... Cleaned up! Did a really good job at cleaning up. Several of my neighbors commented to me as well that they were impressed at how well of a job they did. I also had 1 piece of aluminum fascia that needed replacement which they replaced and matched very well to existing that had been put up about 17 years ago. I sought out bids from multiple roofers, with Matt's being the most competitive, despite 1 of the other bids using exactly the same materials. Matt also has a greater detailed contract, spelling out clearly what's included, so you don't have to guess. Some of the other contracts I reviewed were not very complete, nor as professional looking. He has a very well rounded approach from start to finish and respectful as well. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
