"I hired Johnâ s Masonry, Roofing and Construction for several projects that were all completed with excellence! Johnâ s crew did an outstanding job with the replacement of the porch/deck and footings of my 2-story building. After the deck was torn down, we realized that the roof also needed to be replaced. Without missing a beat, Johnâ s roofing crew did a great job replacing the roof. After which, the construction crew returned and did an outstanding job building the porch/deck and replacing the footings. John actually provided additional footings at no extra charge. We added tuck pointing on one side of the building while the porch/deck was underway. Johnâ s masonry crew power washed, cut out and replaced the mortar and bricks on both levels; they also fixed some cracks in the front of the building. The tuck pointing was top notch and honestly made the side of my building look brand new. Johnâ s crew also addressed foundation issues on the side of the building where water seeped in during the heavy rains. All of these projects were completed in a little over a week. Most importantly, each project was done with excellency by skilled workers. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the value for the money. My experience with John was also amazing. He was in constant communication with me throughout the projects and was always available for my questions. Johnâ s crew showed up early each day and were both professional and respectful. I strongly recommend this company. If you are looking for quality roofing, masonry or construction, you need to hire Johnâ s crew immediately! They do amazing work!"

"We had our front porch stairs, railings, etc. completely replaced. We had a step that was rotting through and splintering and the whole thing was showing a lot of wear and tear. Ray got back to us immediately and scheduled something within a week or two. The whole replacement project took just part of an afternoon. Our next door neighbors saw the job being done and kept telling us how fast and efficient he was. The stairs look amazing now, plus he thoughtfully added side panels where there was an opening before to keep critters out, which I greatly appreciate! We were so happy with the job and will definitely hire them again."

"I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."

"I hired Belmont to repair a covered deck where one corner had sagged. The owner, Adam, was quick to provide an estimate. His estimate was detailed and showed that he understood the root cause (concrete block footing vs 42" pier now required under code). I agreed with his repair approach. Adam and his team did a great job on the repair, there were no surprises and deck and roof are now level. His main carpenter Ivan was especially good, meticulous. "I cannot say enough good things about Abraham and his team. They were indispensible during a challenging and stressful move. Not only did they do a superb job of installing a ceiling fan to an 18ft ceiling, multiple patch repairs, seamlessly replacing and installing bathroom extractor fans that into non standard sized spaces, filling countless nail holes and repainting, and reattaching a dislodged dishwasher, Abraham did all of this amidst the chaos of a move and made MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot to color match paints when I provided the wrong cans. He was patient, thorough, and went WAY above and beyond any expectations in both service, execution, and generosity. "Quinlan Construction repaired my mom's step and installed a handrail. I was very pleased by the initial customer service that the owner provided. He was polite, respectful, punctual and expressed concern about my elderly mother. He also seemed knowledgeable about the repair work that we needed on the steps and in other areas of the home. He quoted a price that I thought was a little high, but my mom used the company because of the customer service aspect. The workers were professional and punctual and they did a good job of making the repairs. They consulted my mom to explain what they were doing and asked her about her preference about the design and height of the handrail. They made a few cracks to the plaster on the wall when they installed the handrail. No big deal, but I think they could have patched them. My biggest problem was the lack of customer service after the repairs were made. The workers said that we would receive a receipt after the check cleared. The check was cashed the same day and I have called, texted, and emailed the owner to request a copy of my mom's receipt. The repairs were done on April 25, 2017 and I have not gotten a response. Also Quinlan was going to provide an estimate to do other major repairs and that has not been provided. All in all, I'm glad that Quinlan did the repairs, but I'm frustrated, disappointed and perplexed by the lack of follow-up. My mom has a lack of trust about workers because they often don't do what they say that they are going to do, and now we have to search for another construction company to do the other repairs."
