"I was in need of upgrading my home alarm system, so that I could monitor remotely, and in researching my options I found LiveWatch.  The rep that returned my call was Taylor.  Excellent customer service skills.  Very knowledgeable and patient with me.  I wanted to explore my options before making a decision.  No problem there...Taylor gave me his direct line and I was able to call back to have all my questions answered, and when I was ready to complete my purchase everything went very smoothly.  I was previously with ADT, and after weighing the pro's and con's I chose to purchase new sensors vs trying to switch it over (especially since the equipment I had was somewhat dated).  I like the idea that their system is not only wireless but cellular based.  The system arrived next day vs 2nd day which was great.  Everything was labelled, took no time at all to install the sensors.  The keypad is easy to use; everything so far as been very user friendly.  The appointment to activate and test the system went very smoothly.  They email you and telephone you to make sure everything is ok.  The communication is great.  Everyone has been very pleasant to speak with. I did order an additional sensor after the initial set up and adding it as a new device was easy.
