"I had some repairs done on my deck and outdoor kitchen. I needed "spacing" between stacked stone filled with grout. The area was way more than I could handle with my DIY skills. The original contractor who re-installed the stone did a satisfactory job, but I didn't notice the "gaps" until well after that project was complete. I can see the concrete board in many areas which bothered me. Rocky showed up on time and finished (as scheduled). He left area cleaner than when he started. "One corner of the house had settled creating cracks in the concrete block walls of the garage. Raisecrete hand excavated the corner plus 1 area on the north wall, and 1 area on the east wall about 5 feet from the corner. They dug to approximately 2 feet below the foundation footer, placed #4 rebar in the areas excavated and poured 4000 PSI concrete to create new spread footers. After the new footers cured, heat treated steel plates were placed on the footers, then 30 ton bottle nose jacks on the plates, then heat treated steel plates on top of the jacks underneath the existing foundation. The jacks were used to raise the foundation back to its original position (as close as possible) and then encased in 4000 PSI concrete. The excavated areas were then backfilled with dirt. In addition, the stucco was removed from several areas along the cracks and carbon fiber strips epoxied to the concrete block. After curing, the carbon fiber patches and the cracks were covered with stucco. The only disappointment with the finished product is that the color of the new stucco is much darker than the existing stucco.

"Jeff's solution has resolved water in the basement. The basement was flooding with up to 1/2" of water after any major rain. There hasn't been the slightest amount of water since installed in 2005. I wasn't going to install the sump because of the extra cost, I'm glad we did as we can hear the sump pump running during and after major rainfalls. The dust from cutting the concrete floor will get into everything, This includes items "covered" with plastic unless it is completely sealed. Don't leave any item during construction you cherish and ensure inside doors are sealed to keep the dust out. Moving the A/C Heating  unit was another obstruction and choice to make as AAA doesn't disconnect any electrical or remove any fixed items (ductwork in my case). Without moving the unit , the trench was going in front of it instead of including it. I did the work  to ensure full perimeter protection. Keep in mind that the new concrete will not match the old in smoothness or color. The new concrete is a much stronger type so there are no worries of weakness for the floor.
