Frank performs his work to satisfaction of everything functioning properly. 2/27/26, Frank lowered and secured a pipe from my black water tank, as water and waste were not flowing properly. He unclogged my toilet, that had been backing up. 3/04/26, Frank returned, as Toilet was backed up with water again. Frank checked the pipe with his computer camera, in which there ended up being (3) major blockages, from the pipe up into the black water tank. "Unfortunately I don't have anything to compare the price too, and I understand that it was no fault of my own or the person dispatched to take care of my issue, but the cost seemed to be a lot more than I had expected. However, he did have to dig down almost five feet just to find where the leak was in my water main. I have no clue how incompetent the people that built this home were, but there is no reason to have had the water main routed this way or this deep. I also feel that I should have asked for a better break down of the cost and charges to better understand rather than just a synopsis of the work done and then a lump sum for the work. I am satisfied with the work and the customer service provided, as well as, with how to service person kept me informed."
