After an extremely successful basement renovation a few years ago, he and his team were the only people we wanted to tackle the work. Always professional, punctual and respectful of our home and our family, JBL breaks the all too common trope of the shady unreliable contractor. Dave and his team repaired the plumbing, redid the walls and ceiling, tiled the floors, electrical and painted all the while keeping us constantly informed and updated to their progress and any unforeseen issues. With JBL, I didn’t have to once worry about the job not being done and/or not being done right and as working parents of a toddler, that is a gift. "I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. I was thrilled by the outcome and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them, and I plan to use them in the future."

"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was extremely honest and I trusted him to be alone in my house for weeks on end with his team. I would/plan to work with Arthur again in the future for my home renovation projects."
