This guy took over completely, got the warranty claim approved the right way, and replaced my whole roof! The kicker? They didn't even charge for the extra labor that wasn't covered by the warranty. They just handled it because that's how they do business - standing behind their work 100%. I've never seen a company go this far above and beyond.
