"Bath tub drain was cleared and demonstrated by flushing water to view where drain was cleared. Shower drain was not cleared by Eddie since he demonstrated that this was the way it drains. He pointed out that the drain screen was not screwed in but grouted on and does not want to remove and break the integrity of the structure."

I had water coming through my old stone foundation, Watchman came by to review the situation, and honestly told me I really just needed a mason to repoint the stones (no big deal) rather than the more robust solutions they offered.
