"BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS Express Fencing was exemplary , from the owner, Jenk to the four installers , They went above and beyond in every capacity. I did my homework and got four estimates. Express fencing was competitive with other quotes but offered to do extras , like adapt the fence around my pool heater gas line, straighten out existing fence on one side of yard which was not being replaced , and also fix a gate. I felt that Jenk was honest with his quote right from the start which was not the case with others. The fence looks amazing, perfectly straight and level, which was not easy in my yard around the pool. The actual material of vinyl fencing looks to be of high quality and their workmanship was perfect. The installers, who were polite, prompt and professional worked from daylight to dark (had to put my outside lights on) to get the job done in one day so I would not be inconvenienced a second day. Jenk came by as they finished to make sure the install was perfect and personally put the caps on the posts, then helped to make sure the yard was completely clean. I cannot say enough about what a great job Express fencing did. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND HAVE DONE SO ALREADY ."

"We recently bought a lakehouse with at least 10 years of moss, lichen and bacteria growing on the rooftops. On parts of the roof, the moss was over an inch thick. We needed to clean the roof in order to get insurance. I found Barb and her team when I was out for a run and they were cleaning another house around the same lake. I didn't have my phone, but I gave the worker my contact info in hopes they would call back. A couple of days later, before I remembered to look them up, Barb called me back to get the address of the house so she could take a look and get us an estimate. She took a ton of pictures from both the ground level and on top of the house to get a full look and gave me an honest assessment, which was no surprise to us how bad it was. Then she explained the entire cleaning process in full detail, including the organic soap/detergent her teams used and the cleaning machines. They were not just a bunch of power-washers using bleach and other chemicals (like another company we had called); they had special machines that protected the roofing materials and detergents that wouldn't hurt my kids or the lake itself when all was said and done. With two young kids, I can't stress how important this was to my family. Barb and her crew came out and in one day, they cleaned the roof on the house to pristine condition, and cleaned the cedar roof of the covered patio too (although that was much tougher given the age of those shingles). She also did all the walkways, pavers, and stone columns of the back deck, and sealed everything at the end to protect the roofs for at least another year or two. Even our neighbors across the pond called it "squeaky clean and pristine" from their view. To be honest, they weren't the cheapest but they were worth every penny considering the cleaning job they did and how they did it, and yes, they cleaned up everything when they left and left no trace. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again."

"This review is long overdue. I contacted Sealpro Mahwah because I have seen their work in several driveways in the neighborhood. I can literally see why they are recommended. Their work looked very good on every driveway that i saw. I contacted the business and response time was very good. I spoke w Lou and he was upfront, honest and very nice. We discussed work that needed to be done- sealcoating and crack fills. We were able to negotiate the quote. I admit the quote was not the lowest of the three bids I received from companies BUT Lou seemed the most upfront of what we could expect. "Any time I use a new contractor or service I am concerned and a bit skeptical, and ask many questions. In the case of Mighty Wash (MW), they took a different approach than the other competing contractors and the result was excellent. The others would have washed the house using traditional high powered pressure washing and deploy ladders. MW did not use ladders, rather, they first sprayed the house & fence with a cleanser (that did not harm the grass), and then used a light spray. The result was a very clean home & fence done quicker and safer. Regarding the deck, instead of rollers they sprayed the paint on which resulted in an even coat that dried quickly. They were careful to cover the house with paper so the siding did not get accidentally painted. I was very satisfied with both jobs and would certainly use them again in the future. Finally, Makensy and his son were very patient and thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. Thumbs up!"
